Privacy Policy

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never post to your Google account.
• Your uploads. The photo you add to create a video, and — for pet talking videos — the line of text you type for your pet to say.
• Your videos. The videos rendered for you, including any free preview, together with the settings you chose: scene, style or effect, model, duration and the credits it cost.
• Credit and purchase data. Which pack you bought, the amount, the time and the payment status. Card details go directly to Creem; we never see or store them.
• Support requests. What you write to us through Support or email, and which of your videos or payments it concerns. These are kept until you delete your account.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Visit data. The pages you open on our site, the site that sent you (referrer), the first page you landed on, UTM campaign parameters, your country and city, your device type, and whether you are signed in — tied to a random visitor ID kept in a first-party cookie. We use it to see how people find and use the site.

To create and store your videos, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse and fraud, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for third parties.

We use carefully selected service providers, each only for the job described here:

• AI video providers. The third-party model service you select receives your photo, the motion instructions chosen by your style, and returns the finished video. Scenes marked Wan 3.0 are processed by Alibaba Cloud’s DashScope service; scenes marked Seedance are processed by ByteDance’s Volcano Ark service. These providers keep generation logs under their own terms and for their own limited periods.
• Hosting and delivery. Vercel serves the site and processes requests at the edge.
• Database, authentication and file storage. Supabase stores your account, credits, orders and task records; generated files are stored in our object storage.
• Google provides sign-in.
• Creem acts as merchant of record and processes payments and refunds.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. We only share what each one needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

• Uploaded photos: kept while they are attached to a video in your library, and removed when you delete that video or your account.
• Finished videos and previews: kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting a video also removes its stored file.
• Account data: kept while your account is open.
• Order and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years, even after you delete your account.
• Visit and security logs: kept for a limited period — up to 12 months for visit statistics, longer only where needed to investigate abuse.

• Delete any video from My Videos. The file is removed from our storage.
• Delete your account and everything attached to it by emailing support@bondreel.com. We complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us to use them — we apply these rights to every user worldwide.

We use essential cookies only: one keeps you signed in, and one stores a random visitor ID (vr_sid) so our own visit statistics can tell new sessions from returning ones. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers.

The service is not for children under 13, and paid features require you to be an adult. Do not upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian’s consent.

If we change this policy materially, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
