Terms of Service

BondReel turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video. You choose a scene — memorial, anniversary or pet talking — and a style, and we run it through a third-party video model. Output is generated, not filmed: it varies with the photo you provide and is not guaranteed to match any particular style, quality or likeness.

• You need a Google account to sign in. Keep access to it secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Credits are personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least 13 years old, to use the service.

• You own the photo you upload, or have permission from the person who does.
• For photos of other people — including relatives who have passed away — you have their or their family’s consent to have the image animated.
• You will not upload photos of minors in a sexualised or otherwise harmful context, images of public figures used to imply endorsement, or any content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive.
• You will not use the service to impersonate someone in a way intended to deceive, or to create content designed to mislead about real events.
• We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules. Where a render violates them, it is not refunded.

• The service is prepaid: you buy a pack of credits and each render spends a fixed number of them (Memorial 4, Anniversary 6, Pet talking 8). The cost is shown next to the Create button before you commit.
• Credits never expire and there is no subscription — nothing renews automatically.
• Failed renders are refunded automatically to your balance.
• Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• No automated scraping, bulk account creation, or attempts to bypass credit limits, free preview limits or rate limits.
• No reselling the service, or offering it as your own product, without a written agreement with us.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, overload or probe our systems or those of our providers.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

• You own the videos generated from your photos. We claim no ownership over them.
• You may use them for personal purposes freely, including sharing on social media. Commercial use is allowed provided the underlying photo rights were yours to license.
• The site itself — its design, copy, code and brand — remains ours. Do not copy or redistribute it.
• Because output is AI-generated, similar results may be produced for other users from similar inputs; your ownership does not extend to the underlying model or style.

AI video is imperfect. Faces are preserved but expressions, hands, teeth, jewellery and background edges can drift. Nothing generated by the service should be relied on as a factual record of a person, an event, or a statement they made. If a result is clearly broken, contact us — we will make it right with re-credits or a refund.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or for us. Where we terminate without cause, unused credits are refunded.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
