Refund Policy

You buy a pack of credits once, and each render spends a fixed number: Memorial 4, Anniversary 6, Pet talking 8. Credits never expire, and the cost is always shown next to the Create button before you commit.

If a render fails — provider error, timeout, or a broken file — the credits return to your balance automatically and immediately. You do not need to contact us, and there is nothing to claim. You only ever pay for videos that are actually delivered.

• Nothing used: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partly used: within the same 14 days we refund the unused portion pro-rata (for example, 6 of 10 credits left on a $4.90 pack refunds $2.94).
• After 14 days, or once a pack is fully used: purchases are non-refundable. Credits stay valid indefinitely, so nothing is lost.

Results are AI-generated and vary with your photo. Please look at the examples and the photo tips on each scene page — and use your free preview — before buying. Because a render consumes paid compute the moment you click Create, dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered video is generally not refundable. If a result is clearly broken (severe artefacts, the wrong subject, a video that does not play), contact us and we will make it right with re-credits or a refund.

• Email support@bondreel.com with the address you signed up with and the pack you bought.
• We reply within 2 business days, usually sooner.
• Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — nearly every issue is resolved within a day. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is open.
